The Process


1. It starts by sending us a design order. Simply provide instructions and attach files, notes, and photos to your email, or through the switchroom web app.


Typically, your order should contain the following:
- Site measurements / floor plan
- Notes and special instructions
- Cabinet door styles, hood mantle (if applicable)
- Appliances, countertop finish & thickness, backsplash tiles, other materials, etc.

2. Project requests (with clear and complete details) submitted before 3pm will have preliminary documents ready as early as the next business day so you can verify, make notes and request for revisions. You'll be notified via email once files have been uploaded for your review.

3. Feel free to request revisions by providing clear notes, photos, and annotations of the changes you'd like to apply. Revisions are unlimited for each project.
